how do I make windows 7 download updates at Shut Down

Windows used to download and install updates at Shut Down. Now it is doing it during the day and closing down which looses programs that are running. How do I change it back to Shut Down ?

You could use the tutorial below to disable Windows Update from automatically restarting the computer. This way you won't loose anything anymore.

Next, double check to make sure that you have the install new updates time is set to when you like.
