Solved How do I organize my desktop icons like this guy (pics in description)

I've never seen anything like it. When he scrolls over to his Games category on the left, the box stays the same except theres a little scroll bar next to it. Does anyone know what I have to use to make my desktop look like that?

Found it. The guys used a program called Fences by Stardock.
