Folder Protect - Password Protect Folders,Lock USB,Lock Folders in seconds
The software above does as close as seems possible to what the thread starter (and I) wanted. The software costs $30 USD after the trial, but I'm not sure yet if it behaves like WinRar in that you never actually have to pay for it. I'll try to remember to come back here once my trial ends (although I'm not sure how long that will be...)
Be sure to read on how to use the .exe before jumping into protecting stuff though. It doesn't act like any other program I've seen.
