How do I put Windows 7 on a usb using penlinuxdrive?

Easiest method is to write the Win7 installer ISO to flash stick using Universal USB Installer with Win7 in dropdown menu.

Boot using one-time BIOS Boot Menu key under USB, Removable, or HD's - set HD as first to boot in BIOS setup.

You cannot install the Win7 OS to flash stick if that's what you meant.
