Hi!
After completing a Toshibe laptop checkup, the Toshiba laptop program suggested I follow certain steps to help my laptop run faster. Among many other steps, they said to delete un-neccesary files in Programs and Feautures. I did, and I thought I didn't delete anything important, but now I can't connect to my wifi. I think it might be something I deleted. How do I re-install something from Programs and Features after it's been deleted?

Hi and welcome to Seven Forum,
To recover the files that you have deleted, you can use this program Recuva to find them and then restore the files you need.
To restore your Wifi its best to use its original driver that came with the laptop to reinstall it, if you don't have the driver you need to search for it at Toshiba's homepage.

Tere is another option, where you can restore your Windows to an earlier time where it was functioning well (or before you deleted those files). You can easily follow this tutorial to walk you through it.

But first see if the system restore has already been activated by using this tutorial.

You may have uninstalled the Toshiba wireless utility. You do not need to reinstall it. Just click on the wireless icon in the bottom right system tray to connect to your network.

Here are the best ways to Clean Up Factory Bloatware.

Most tech enthusiasts will not run with the preinstalled factory bloatware and useless duplicate utilities that have much better versions built into Win7, but instead Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
