Nothing much to tell, Nope.
HELP, i am trying on gaming and screen recording (I already had 5-7 Videos in Youtube) And a couple of them are laggy, I used ScreenCast-O-Matic First and it had less lagg than others, but it has less time than before (30 min. Now 15). I tried on Camtasia and EZVid which are more laggy, my Pc, rather be laptop, is not set on "Best Performance" Option but nothing laggs when i just play games without screen recording.

Select High Performance power plan (Control Panel - Power options).

Also get a second HDD and record to that. With only one HDD you are both reading and writing at the same time which reduces performance.

the graphics and processor are sub par for game recording, the hard drive is mechanical, you'll need a fast hard drive to record to which will minimise delay when recording, an onboard graphics card is not ideal, you would need something with a little more oomph, and processor is a general daily tasking processor like web surfing and light gaming, as GokAy has said, you'll also need a second hard drive to record footage, but if you're willing to check out other software, try Dxtory which has been known to cause little impact on performance while recording.

What graphics card do you have?
And your CPU can't handle the workload, I suggest buying a real gaming PC to record games.

As everyone else has said, your setup is sub-par. I would also recommend you get a good software recorder, just as Dxtory.

5 year old laptop CPU with on-board video, that wasn't good when it was new.

Need a much better rig for the desired tasks.

If you need specific recommendations on a new rig, let us know.... and what the budget is....

CompTIA A+ certified (220-800 series) in July 2013.
You can record 720p videos with your setup, but the quality would be far from good.

1. Install Bandicam (or any other capture program that supports MPEG-1)
2. Set the resolution to 1280 x 720
3. Use the MPEG-1 codec and set the quality to 50

Whenever someone want to record a good quality, it will lose some fps right ?

If I want to record a decent quality and resolution, enough to appreciate the plays. With what free programs would be sufficient to do that ?

All the hardware selected by myself. I never imagined upgrade my PC :)
Fraps or Dxtory is your choice but if you have an NVIDIA video card, I'd go with ShadowPlay (Since it compresses a video better than the both)

only thing that I can add that has not already been said, is give a look into OBS, open broadcast system, which is what I use for my gaming videos on youtube, the quality is pretty good depending on what you set it to, and its completely free, and from what I can tell, I think that both myself, as well as markipliar use this same program based on the looks of how his videos are set up and how my videos look as far as setup, the two are identical. however, that does not guarantee we use the same program, but end game result is this: its free, and it gets the job done without much impact on system resources. granted I'm running a core 2 quad, but still, the program eats up less than 5% of my cpu when recording.

welp. looks like I didnt look hard enough, seems the poster right above mine talked about obs before I did...and somehow I missed that. huh.
