How do i remove the windows title text "bloom" effect in Windows 7?

Works real nice Jerry, just one issue, it seems that the color switching of marked window needs to have "Show Shadows Under Windows" enabled, is there anyway to achieve this fix without enabling the shadows under windows?

I just looked at this & I can remove the shadows but you will still need to have Show Shadows Under Windows enabled for it to work
Let me know if you want the shadows removed.

I just looked at this & I can remove the shadows but you will still need to have Show Shadows Under Windows enabled for it to work

When I remove the shadows it mess up the corners look at screenshot #1
#2 is shadows removed & a faded black all the way to the corners
#3 is shadows removed & the color you want with the white boarders removed (looks the best)
it squares up the corners
Will you pick one & tell me
