How do I resetup radi 0 disks after new instalation of w7 64bit...

Hi my system disk went down, beside that I had two disks in raid 0 whera I have most of my data... the raid 0 was setup in computer/manage and then in w7 these disks were configured for raid 0,
Now I have new install, and the disks dont work no more in raid 0 after the new installation,
is it possible to reconfigure the so I mantain their data?
