Solved How do I restore the set up to My Documents?

I was transferring files from my Hard Drive, and I ended up screwing up My Documents layout. It showed public files at first and after a bit of Googling, I ended up deleted a few things and have probably made it worse. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like:

It normally doesn't display the C:\Users\Owner subtitle and the locations are normally at 2. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi Danny, thank you for your response. I did do as you suggested in your edit, but the layout still looks the same. The "includes locations" changed to 2 however.

All my libraries look like yours with the location shown as well only mine have been moved to a different partition so are labelled as D:\

Ok sorry Im with you now Right-click>(any open space in docs library) Group By > None.

Although I always find it handy to have the locations
