I just noticed this thing the other day hiding in the translucent taskbar near the start button.
If I unlock my taskbar then hover over the blurry outline it says " Waiting for Gstatic.com".
I understand this thing is related to Google but why can't I get rid of it? Numerous scans with Norton and Malwarebytes does nothing.
If I search the computer for 'gstatic' I get no results and it doesn't appear in any installed programs list.
Seems to me its taking up resources but I can't prove it, but it needs to go! But how??
Thanks to all in advance,
J T
