How do I sync Outlook contacts with Galaxy S7

Hello
I have Outlook 2013 installed on Windows 7 working PC. And I want to sync Outlook contacts with my work phone.
The problem is that Smart Switch creates duplicated contacts each time I want to sync Outlook with Galaxy S7. I spent more almost half an hour on deleting all this mess from my phone's addressbook.
Is there any other way to sync Outlook data with Android phone?

This is a really useful article. As I understand, free applications all work with fails, and this is something that simply needs to be reconciled with. I looked through all the options and found this application Best Ways to Sync Android with Microsoft Outlook | AkrutoSync and have been testing it for about a week. It seems to work, thank you.
