Thank you. yes it is for the Clipboard but i specifically installed CLIP.EXE to copy the content of a file to the Clipboard it wasn't install before on my machine. and does not show in programs. thanks
Try using Revo Uninstaller - Free and use the "hunter" mode to figure out where it has stashed itself. The rest is pretty much automatic, though I would make sure you backup any registry changes.
