How do I uninstall "Phenoix FailSafe" ?

It came pre-installed on my Samsung R580. It basically is a program that will lock your laptop when "suspiciously" shut-down or restarted. It is so annoying because it happens to me whenever I just want to reboot my laptop after an installation. I have to go on my iPod to the FailSafe's website, log in, and find the like 50 number, unlock pass-code. It is so annoying and completely useless for me. I downloaded the uninstaller for it but it is stuck it seems. For like the past 30 minutes it has been like this. ::

SAMSUNG TECH SUPPORT LINKED ME TO A FAILSAFE "CLEANUP TOOL", WHICH AUTOMATICALLY UNISNTALLED THE SOFTWARE VIA AUTO-ADMINISTRATOR COMMAND PROMPT.
