How do I unlock a computer with no "Other Credentials" button?

At work I constantly run into an issue of someone who has logged into a computer and instead of logging out they just left it on and walked away causing the computer to lock or manually locking it themself. Some terminals will have a button which says "Other Credentials" while sometimes that button is unavailable. Why is this and how do I fix it so I don't have to kill the power every time a computer is locked? I've searched everywhere and there have been other people asking this question and the answer is, "log in as administrator and unlock the computer." How do I log in as administrator if I can't even get somewhere to enter an account name?

It's driving me nuts.

Mike, you'll have to ask the "how come?"question to those who are the Administrators of the computers and those who own the network Domain...

If the "user" connected to the Domain doesn't log out, then you're faced with telling them what they need to do.

If you're the Domain's IT, then you need to have a "dialog" with owner's permission to accomplish your 'job'.

Mike, I feel for ya, but I totally agree with Jacee, you can`t come to a forum asking how to "hack" your work computers. You could easily be terminated. Take it to the IT department and let them handle it or bring it to the attention of your supervisor
