How do i use the line level audio input port?

Hello, i was wondering how can i use the blue input port on my pc for my speakers? I've run out of ports to put my speakers as my headphones are taking up a slot. I've tried plugging it in and changing the speaker configuration and it plays sound but not all the sound, for example it's missing the music in games but it still have sound effects. Is there a way for it to play everything?
