How do I WLAN between window 7 and window 8

I had two dell laptop connected to a same network at home.

Computer 1:
Window 7 home.
able to Lan and WLAN with all computer in Office network but not any one of computer at home network (Different Access point).
Firewall allow print and share.
Network discovery turn on.
IPV6 enable

Computer 2:
Window 8.1.
Firewall allow print and share.
Network discovery turn on.
IPV6 enable


Had tried with turn off both firewall but still unavailable to see each other at network and share file.
Also cannot join same workgroup, all only can create own workgroup.
All is different computer name and same workgroup name (Default).

Any Idea? I suspect some thing on router because I able to share file or Lan and my office. But when come to home I only able to see my own computer even two or more PC are connected to home network.
