Busy Network Adapter Is less than 15%
Using: 6.387.776
Capacity: 54.000.000
Virtual RAM: 8GB
Windows 7 x64 Home Professional
If I RUN:

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal

Will This help me out to Increase Capacity network usage?

What will be the purpose?

Having gigabit or modern devices (e.g. router, NAS, NICs) helps, of course wired transfer rates is a lot faster than wireless.
