I believe it causes more harm later than just removing trough windows 7 programs feature
cause he doesnt completly remove everything of Internet Explorer so the question is?

Maybe its better to let it stay, install its updates and then set Firefox as my browser by default?
and not mind Internet Explorer existing on my OS altough i never use it?

What ever browser you prefer to use I suggest keeping I.E. set as default browser. Anything Microsoft wants to use I.E.
I keep I.E. set at it's default setting and my default browser but I use Firefox 99 % of the time.

Without the IE your system will not function in certain system operations. That's why you cannot completely remove it. There will always be one version of it.

Go to Start and type Turn Windows features on and off into the Search program and files field.

Uncheck Internet Explorer #, where # is the version number of IE that is installed.

I will keep both IE10 & Firefox just in case, thanks.
You are welcome.

I should have made it clear that the steps that I mentioned simply remove certain aspects of IE. The core files stay around so that things that depend on them will continue to work.
