How do you copy a URL out of Windows Explorer

Maybe I missed this here or on the Windows help file

In Windows 7 can Windows Explorer you configured so that the true URL-IE double slash for servers etc.-can be copied into the paste buffer and then pasted back into another document-for instance for linking purposes. My window seven machine shares a home network with my kids Macintosh computers and in XP I could configure the title bar show me the URL for our own resources in this peer-to-peer environment and I could send them a link. When there are many nested directories this of course is a real timesaver.

Clicking on an empty spot in the address bar does not give you the required path?
There is also "Shift + Right-click" on a folder or file and "Copy as Path"

Right click the address bar which brings up the URL and highlights it, CNTL-C to copy the URL, CNTL-V to paste URL into email, document, etc. Or right click and copy/paste
