How do you get Diablo 2 in full screen mode?

just got a new laptop with windows 7 home premium and a great raddeon vid card...downloaded the high res patch the way you said to clinkz, tried to open with the multiresgame.exe after the test and got an error that said it "unable to load D2mutires.dll, closing DII". so now what??....

Are you running the v1.12a patch update? It wont work for anything above v1.13 etc. What is the error message you are getting?
