Recently, I've come across this bug that happens anytime I alt+tab out of any game in full screen.

For example, I'll alt+tab to my desktop>click on the icon on the task bar: nothing happens.

Example 2: Alt+tab out of game> hold alt and tab between windows on the pop up window to the game I want to go back into: nothing happens when I hit enter or click it.

Example 3: Windows button+tab out to desktop> windows+tab back to game: nothing happens.

The weirdest thing involving this bug is that around 20% of the time alt+tabbing(or any other form of tabbing) will work! I'll alt tab and tab back to it and it will miraculously tab back in... I do not understand!

P.S. Don't give me the bullshit answer that everyone else on the internet says to fix full screen problems: "Just run it in windowed/full screen windowed." Because that's not fixing the problem!

Try a clean startup - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...ation-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html

Are your drivers and Windows up-to-date?

Try this method:
Graphic Card Driver Clean Installation (Belongs to MistUnleashed):
1.Run the Guru3D Display Driver Removal Tool: Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 15.3.0.0 Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 15.3.0.2
2.Download CCleaner here (CCleaner - Download) and run both the Cleaner and the Registry Cleaner to remove left-over keys.
3.Go into C:\Program Files & C:\Program Files (x86) & C:\ProgramData and delete any leftover Nvidia files.
4.Disable automatic driver installation: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2500967
5.Restart Computer.
6.After restart go to: Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers and install the latest Nvidia Package (Including the 3D Vision Drivers - Install it all). Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
7.Re-enable the automatic driver installation: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2500967
8.Run CCleaner again (as instructed in Step 2).
9.Restart Computer.

I notice you don't have a real Anti-virus software, get Microsoft Security Essentials at least.

I did all the steps!

I did all the steps as your guide says and it didn't fix it! Though my computer does seem cleaner now. Any other suggestions?

Hmm, make sure you are running from the correct GPU (if there are 2)

Try older drivers

How about you cut down on the language and be a bit more respectful when asking for help? And a bit more information would be useful such as which games you're playing, and are they through Steam or Origin or Uplay etc?
