how do you hide files beyond the basic?

So I currently use the basic hide file option for files I don't want others to see if I let them use my computer, but I'm wondering how I can go the extra mile. Is there a way to further hide it if someone clicks the "Show hidden files and folders" in control panel? So it is still hidden when that option is chosen?


Also, is there a way to password protect the files?
