How do you remove the shortcut arrows from your Icons... They are VERY annoying and look horible.

I know you could do it in vista but can you do it in Win7 as well??

Vista Shortcut Manager from Frameworkx that worked on Vista also works on Win 7 7077 x86. There is an x64 version also. Search for FxVisor32.msi and FXVisor64.msi as the the Frameworkx site seems unreachable.
