How do you scan for HP laptop and printer?

I downloaded the "HP Scan and Capture" which can scan but it is not finding the printer. It just catches the webcam as a tool for scanning but not the scanner which I connected to the laptop.

I even downloaded the drivers that encompassed a whole range of different HP printer models from the HP forum. But not working I guess?

Can you disconnect the webcam while you install the HP scan & capture ?

Also have you installed the full HP printer/scanner software package? This is often required to get all of its functionality.

I guess that drivers didn't work or something. I downloaded other things and it worked. Thank u!
