Hi there
Just to add the following

If you want to display menus all the time such as in explorer / IE etc etc.

Go to control panel===>folder options===>view then click the box ALWAYS DISPLAY MENUS.

So the next time you open an explorer (and IE / FF etc) window you should see the same as the screenshot.

Some people like menus others prefer to hide them --your choice.
