How install Windows virtual PC on a Windows 7 platform

Maybe it's just me - but I can't find any clear instructions, step by step, on how to install Windows Virtual PC on a Windows 7 platform. Can anybody help please?

Thanks - now I know that I don't have the hardware to support virtualization.

However, you can install and run XP Mode also on systems with no support for hardware virtualization. Go to Virtual PC download page, download and install all three files (Virtual PC, XP Mode and XP Mode update).
