I have done a clean install of Windows 7 using Dell re-installation disk (Dell sent me one). I also use Free Macrium reflect backup and restore.
Standard retail OEM though Ultimate is now rare. No real risk with Amazon, mainly avoid eBay and lesser knowns.

Tiger Direct regularly has Premium for $89 and Pro for $120. Most consumers don't need more than Premium

NewEgg is also still selling those. I wouldn't trust buying software from Amazon since it often gets its stock form its Marketplace vendors, which are sometimes dodgy to downright crooked. I've seen too many reviews from users that got counterfeit software directly from Amazon to ever trust Amazon for that. What really makes it rough is won't take it back after 30 days (unless you lawyer up or something similar) and the fact that bogus M$ software rarely shows up during the first 30 days.

Wow, this is a real surprise Lady. :huh: Maybe its because I have Prime but I get such good service from Amazon sometimes when I want something returned they'll send me a replacement while telling me to keep the return. I had the idea that they will make anything good sold under their name.

They will but they have a time limit for that.
