Just check the NVidia box in settings and also check the box for GPU

If you can completely fill in your system specs it would help.

OK, I see the "GPU" on the larger screen "Settings" but it's greyed out. Don't see "GPU" on the main (smaller) screen. I'm using a Dell laptop workstation and the Nvidia GPU is built on to the motherboard. Maybe that's why it's greyed out. The laptop is very high powered but I don't have the specs you're looking for (unless you can tell me exactly what you need and how to get it. Sorry. Guess I'll have to do without it. Thanks for the help.

Sounds like your using on board graphic's to me or possibly have a radeon gpu which realtemp will not show.

You could also try TThrottle
If left unconfigured it displays a temperature monitor that shows GPU and CPU temp.
There's no need to configure anything else unless you run software that overheats your machine - then you can configure throttles for processes according to the temperature that you set.
EDIT: The installer needs to be "Run as administrator" via right click options.
