How much they are downloading? What are they downloading?

I am using cable internet with a wireless router (NOT DIR-615, a netgear one).
From the router settings, I can see which machines are connected, but I cannot see how much they are using the connection resource such as how much they are uploading or downloading.
How can I do that?

Also, I see a device with a static IP. How does this device getting a static IP?

Also, is there any way that I can see which pages are they going to or which files they are downloading?

I don't know of a freeware monitor that will show you what you're looking for.

Tomato and DD-WRT firmare may have some of the features you are looking for (bandwidth monitoring of all the connections).
To do everything you want is expensive using expensive hardware.

Static IP is set in the PC or Device connected to the network.

I don't want to see how much I am downloading (though it can be useful).
I want to learn how much the other computers which are connected to my wireless connection are downloading.
Is there any software can provide that?
Just learning the download and upload speed is enough.

Why the connection is starting with different IP Addresses?

I have COmodo Internet Security installed and it detects new networks.
But once, it detected as starting from 192.168.0.11, and another time (after I removed the same connection from the profiles), it detected the same connection as starting from 192.168.0.12.
Why?

I have cable connection and a netgear modem. Sometimes I am checking the wireless connection to see who is connected to the wireless (I am on the wired connection). There is a machine with no IP Address and with no device name. What kind of device is this? (I have to let other people connect to the wireless)

Is there any software, where I can see, which devices are using how much resource (how much they are uploading or downloading) -not my machine, the other machines, and I don't have access to the other machines, I just want to know how much internet resources other machines are using -?

I am assuming that your router is acting as a DHCP server for your network, this will supply an IP address each time a system requests it from a pool of addresses. As this is a dynamic system the actual IP address may change from connection to connection, as there is a timer on these addresses that renews the at a regular interval. The reason for this system is it allows the available addresses to be shared amongst more systems as they are reused when not in use

The address range you mention is a local range (it will not work over the internet), and covers a maximum of 256 IP addresses 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.0.255 depending on the set up of your router any of these addresses may be issued.

If you wish to discover which IP relates to which device you should have a screen in the router settings that presents the IP against the unique MAC address of the device

That would allow you the unused addresses for manual allocation, (useful for printers and the like where a fixed address is a good idea)

Depending on whether your router is limited by your ISP (often an ISP will provide their own router with bespoke software), you should be able to limit the range of addresses available and even tie these to specific MAC addresses so that only certain devices can connect to your system.
