How to activate 'Quick Launch' for 'All Users'?

I managed to reactivate the 'Quick Launch' Folder under Win7. Disadvantage: I need to synchronize the content for every user. Means 'Quick Launch ' differs a lot from e.g. Start Menu\Programs or Autostart where I can place my content into the 'All Useres' branch and will see a combination of my personal folders and the 'All Useres' folders.

Is there any way to activate 'Quick Launch' for 'All Users'?

As far as I know this used to be the same under WinXP. But maybe someone remembers a patch that coud be applied to WinXP and would now run under Win7 too.

You could add it to the Default User profile. Then, when the users login and their local profile is initially created, it would be a standard configuration.

The change would be different here in win 7 than in XP. I suggest you google quick launch in win 7 and apply the change to the default profile
