how to add "Explorer" folder to registry, disabling low HDD space msg

I'm getting a System Reserved partition telling me its low on space constantly.

I see that you are supposed to add a new DWORD Value NoLowDiscSpaceChecks under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

I haven't had to do anything like this for awhile. There is no "Explorer" folder, if you even call it a folder in this situation. I have been unable to find on google how you add it in. While right clicking and trying to add, I'm not familiar with all of the terms so I don't know if it's super simple and I'm just missing it.

I want to eventually figure out which one of the system reserved partitions is the one I'm not using anymore, but first I just want to get this message to stop bothering me.

My first post here
Thanks for any help!

Hi and welcome.

Instead of messing with the registry, I would go to Disk Management and remove the drive letter from the System Reserved partition.
It normally does not have one by default.

Well that solved several things at once. I hadn't looked into that yet, haha. Thank you for the help!
