I want to give the ability to the user group to turn off instantly aero (using either the right click or normal shortcuts described in the tutorials) without revealing my administrator pass to them :sarc
or have to be there to type it

This also is a solution for x64 apps (That have grayed out these options in compability tab, it is a win 7 bug
) in occasion of my network with no expert users....
