How to Become Windows 8 Resellers?

Hi, my name is Maria smith. I want to know that how can i become a Microsoft Windows 8 reseller?
Should I have to go through distributor like Ingram, techdata or I can directly do it with Lenovo.

We are small IT hardware reseller.
I have 1 more question. How can we start a online store where i can sell product from various distributor/ manufacturer.
I heard that there are some companies who help for it. Like autotask, varstreet inc, connectwise etc.
Right now, I am little bit confuse how to do all this stuff.
