How to blacklist an app from the programs list

How to blacklist an application from showing up on the programs list (the lists of app that you usually open, just above the windows logo when you first click onto it..)

Do you want to delete the link in the program menu, or just have it not visible to certain users? Are you trying to hide an application (if so, the user can always find and run the application unless you change permissions on the program file itself)?

Sorry you cannot prevent particular items from appearing on the list, but you may disable the list entirely
