Choosing components for a budget system is never easy, but in these cash-strapped times the market is particularly crowded. There may be plenty of contenders for your hard earned cash, but knowing which ones are actually worth searching out can be tough.
We've waded through the current offerings from the major players and some of the less well-known manufacturers, to produce a starter list to get you started. Note that this isn't the only specification for building a budget DX11 rig, so feel free to spend more or less where you feel makes sense, but we know for a fact that this lot works, and we have performance figures that show how good it is.

lol, I was just about to say something similar :)

It's all well and good to build these 'cheap' DX11 gaming machines, but the performance will just not be there.

The performance hit of DX11 candy will make quite a few on the lower end cards turn off the feature anyway - thus negating the whole point of having a dx11 card ;)
