How to change compatibility mode using command prompt

Is there a way to make a file get executed automatically as admin through command prompt?
Lets say there is a file.exe and I want to tick that box that says "execute as administrator" without right clicking it and doing it through the user interface.

In new in windows and I don't know how to do this.

Welcome to the Forum.

The executable files are saved on specific folders on the disk.
What you see on the desktop and on the start menu are shortcuts, links to the executable files on the disk.
If you want to have this links executed as administrator, right click on the link - properties - shortcut tab - advanced. Mark Run as Administrator.
