How to change default XML editor?

I am trying to make so that if you right click on an XML document and click EDIT that NOTEPAD is not the program that opens but a differently installed program. I have figured out how to change how EDIT responds on TXT files, but can't figure it out with XML files. I have also considered that the drop down box in Internet Explorer on the default editor might be the trick, but the only option is NOTEPAD. So if I can figure out how to change the entries in the list then maybe that would be the fix, otherwise I'm sure it will be a registry fix.

Thanks, George Jackson

These settings are the default setting to open a particular program. This setting is completly different then the actual EDIT link in the context menu, which is what I'm looking for. The EDIT link is embedded somewhere else. Thanks again.

So am I the first person to want to do this? We have a drafter that thinks doing this would drastically improve his efficiency. I'm only trying to help him.
