How to change file system without OS

I accidently formatted my system drive to fat32 and when I'm booting windows setup it says that your hard drive is damaged and restarts automaticcaly,what should I do?

Hello Sabitexs, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If you like, you could use step 2 in the tutorial below to convert drive to NTFS in a command prompt at boot without losing anything. Be sure that you are using the correct drive letter. They are not always the same at boot as they are in Windows.
