How to change MAC Address on Intel3945BG?

Every programes (include change the registry) that work for change mac address
but for Intel 3945BG(wireless lan) , I can't change the mac address that start with 00
also 00.23.xx.xx.xx.xx

then 0a.23.xx.xx.xx.xx is work

when I start with 00 it change back to the original address

how can I change it start with 00

0a.23.xx.xx.xx.xx is work
but 00.23.xx.xx.xx.xx doesn't work(auto change back to original)
my laptop is Toshiba + intel 3945BG

thank for the picture , I can spoof to other address with this programe but can't spoof the address start with 00

I think because I use Intel 3945BG

i've the same case with u

i use acer and my WCard was Intel Pro Wireless 3945ABG

i cannot modify my mac address with network setting nor any software mac changer

previously, i used Windows XP and in windows XP my MAC ADDRESS can be changed by software like TMAC
but after i upgrade my OS to Windows Seven, icannot modify may MAC address
when i used the software that u recommend it will auto default to the original MAC
