How to change menu background?

How do you change how the right click menu looks like?
Because I'm gonna change the right click menu to look like windows xp silver and I am stuck in this part of my project

Lists, Menus & Tabs > Menu > PopUpBorders
Lists, Menus & Tabs > Menu > PopUpGutter
Lists, Menus & Tabs > Menu > PopUpSeparator

Lists, Menus & Tabs > Menu > PopUpItem This one make Normal, Disable, DisableHot the same color as PopUpBackground or you will have a line at the bottom (screenshot) the Hot is the hoover/highlight on the menu.
