How to change my CPU fan speed ?

Hello ! Well,the title says it all ! How to change my CPU fan speed ? I've tried with SpeedFan,nothing. I don't know how to do it in BIOS ,and im afraid of using it :[.
Can you recommend me any software ?

See the motherboard manual, Chapter 2: BIOS Information, Section 2.5.5 HW Monitor Configuration and the sub-section CPU Q-Fan Function on page 2-18. The default values are fine, but if you want to change the fan speed you will need to do it manually by setting the CPU Q-Fan Mode to Manual. If you're not sure about this, then leave it set at its defaults, as this automatically adjusts the fan speed according to CPU temperature.

It may do you good to familarize yourself with BIOS. It may come in handy. Setting the fans can usually be done in bios and if you stay in that part, there is little that you can hurt, and you can always change it back. Asus usually offers an AI Suite of utilities that contain a fan control in it. You can download it here, if this is your board. Failing that, consider buying a simple fan controller. You'll have more control that way anyway. I'm not aware with any other software that may work. There may be some, but unknown to me.

Are you having a problem with your computer that makes you want to change your fan speed?
Reading and understanding your motherboard manual will always be useful.
You have AMD and I have Intel. With Intel I have found that SpeedFan is garbage.

Thanks guys !! You don't know how much you are helping me ! In Croatia ,it's so hot and my CPU saw overheating ! Now it goes 60°C max !! :]

60 C max is very good. Could you post what you did to keep your computer cool.

Remember the computer is a big air cleaner and as such the dust cakes on fans and fins. Always a good idea at the first sign of heat issues or at least twice a year open up the computer and blow and clean the rig out. Don't touch anything other then the fans and I like compressed air and a small old tooth brush and q-tips as well i use a dry small paint brush to loosen dust.

Hey guys ! I've actually bought a new fan - Scythe Ultra Kaze - 3000rpm fan. Was messing around in SpeedFan ,but it didn't really work :/
My MOBO is the AsusTek M5A78L-MLE
I downloaded the Asus AI II suite,but I don't know where it installed. I looked in the directory ( Local Disk,Program Files,Asus),but it's not there :/

That fan is blowing at 100 % the whole time,and it's EXTREMELY loud

In order to control the fan you need to use a PWM fan with a 4 pin plug to the mobo 4 pin CPU header.

This is the fan you should have purchased IMHO:
