How to change OEM screen using GOD MODE

Someone set up a custom OEM screen on my Dell E5420 using GOD MODE. I looked thorough all the options there and can't find the sneaky pete. Can someone tell me where it's hiding?

This is the OEM splash screen that comes up before the Win splash screen. It often has their logo, but can be anything.

im pretty sure god mode does not have permissions to alter the splash screen, it has to be done PRIOR to the >> OS being initialised.<<..... its a BIOS mod
