How to change pre-existing default Windows hotkeys?

Like a great many others, my new keyboard includes hotkey icons for doing things like launching my default browser (Firefox), email client (Thunderbird), multimedia operations, and starting a local file search. I want to change that default search application from the normal Windows search to a different application.

It appears that most hotkeys are configured through the Default Programs control panel. But I could find no entry for the Search hotkey, so I can't find any way to change it. I've now spent hours trying to find out how to view and alter ALL of the built-in, pre-configured hotkeys that come with Windows (7 or 10), but although I've gotten thousands and thousands of Google hits, NONE of them address that issue! (Can we all agree that Google is an extremely shitty search engine, even though it's the best one currently available? Gawd how I miss Dec's Alta Vista!)

Anyway, back to the point, all I've found are ways to create NEW shortcuts and edit them AFTER you've manually created them in the first place, but NOTHING about the pre-existing Windows hotkeys or how to change them! AARGH!

Does anyone know WHERE I can view and alter these built-in, pre-configured Microsoft hotkeys? Or at least the Search hotkey?

THANK YOU!

I have an old Logitech MX 3200 keyboard and mouse with preset keys. If I select the keyboard in the Logitech SetPoint software and select One Touch Search or Search Computer, which are preassigned keys, it has an option to change the search engine. Do you have similar options in your keyboard software?
