How to change this bar?

I don't know what it's called so can't google it.
I want to remove the Burn and Share With buttons, I haven't used them in the past year or so.
There's a pic in the attachment showing it.

When i was a newbie, I wanted to remove the new folder link , but could not do that .

It used to be possible till one of the latest updates updated the shell32.dll, which used to contain the code to display that. Now the old method of deleting certain parts of code to hide that bar no longer works.

Nothing since then has been found to get rid of it.
