I want to change the username per the screendump. How do I that ?

In that case, you could use the tutorial below to change the name of the user profile folder.

However, it would be a lot easier to just create a new account with the name you want instead, copy what you want from the old account to the new account, and while logged in to the new account delete the old account.

How to copy the settings over to a new account name ?

After creating the new account, you would just manually copy and paste any Start Menu shortcuts and files that you wanted from your C:\Users\evg220497 user folders (ex: My Music) to the same corresponding folders for the new account.
