How to change video adaptor to External when monitor s blank

By Mistake On changing graphic adaptor in Bios settings I changed video adaptor to internal and my monitor is now blank . How can I solve it??
Plz help me

Maybe you could try connecting your monitor to the integrated graphics connector, accessing BIOS from there and changing it back?

I assumed that you've changed the video graphics adapter from your graphics card to the intergrated graphics in BIOS.

At the back of your desktop PC you should have (usually) a VGA connector, simply connect your monitor to it.
Here's a picture that'll hopefully help to illustrate what I've just said:

From what I've understood, you've been using your graphics card and it will not work now that you've changed your BIOS to use the integrated graphics.
Connect to the integrated graphics and change the setting back, after doing so you'll be able to use your graphics card normally (no blank screen).
