How to change Wireless LAN indication color to green in taskbar?

hi!
I upgraded to Win7 Prof yesterday (from XP Prof) and now i m exploring features in win7.
I notice the color of WLAN in the bottom right color of my taskbar is showing as white which is not very good to indicate the signal strength.
i would like to ask how can i change it to green.
I do not want to go Control panel -> Personalise to change the desktop theme or color scheme as this will change all the icons color. I just want to change the WLAN icon color.
