How to check/verify the actual restoration date ?

How can I check/verify, in Windows, the actual restoration date, if I do a restore with a backup ( made by; clonezilla, acronis, ghost, etc) ? I want to proove to someone that the restored backup (backup was made in 2014) actually was restored in 2015.

Well depends I suppose where you backed it up to I use Macrium images and get the date from them.
