how to clear cache, save usernames and passwords

would someone please tell me how I can clear my cache without losing my user name and passwords and have to log in everywhere again??
I have windows 7 64 bit, and IE 10.
I attached a snippet of my settings.

Uncheck the Cookies box third from the top, (sign in cookies)
Uncheck the Top box and all the remaining boxes should be checked to properly clear Internet explorer's cache,
If you have Internet explorer remember login User names and passwords the second from the bottom should stay Unchecked.
Delete browser history,

I know could screw things up royally if turned loose on those operations. LOL.

u better use C cleaner. u can clean lot more things that u can think u can delete.

CCleaner is nothing to play around with unless you have a strong understanding of how it functions,
Although I do not ever recommend using the Registry cleaning features of ccleaner at least someone made a tutorial on it's features here,
