Conversion method for converting one install disk to another:

Method 1:
Select all files. Delete all files. Copy all files.

Method 2:
Erase DVD-RW

It isn't possible, for the very same reason you can't convert Vista to Windows 7. You are talking about completely different files. The x64 ISO file is also about 1 GB larger than the x86 version, so that alone tells you it isn't possible.
